Stunning Garden
It was a lovely way to spend a morning on a sunny day in Verona. The gardens are large and I recommend climbing to the top to view the city from the balcony at the top. A pity it didn't have a gift shop as my photos didn't do it justice. Recommend going.

Peace
For whatever reason, this seems to be an overlooked gem in Verona. I first visited the garden in late January in the early 90's, and was entirely alone. The beautiful, symmetrical ground plantings, the fountains, half frozen but still operating and the magnificent cypress trees all made a most harmonious whole. One or two years later, my wife and I visited in springtime; again almost alone, and entirely tranquil. Just lovely.

Beautiful garden
One of the must-go places in Verona! When we were there in March, there was nobody visiting and we had the whole garden by ourselves. It was stunningly well kept, very interesting layout. Would love to visit again in other seasons.

Magical Garden of Dreams.
There can be few gardens in the world, as lovely as this. When you enter the garden -it looks at first like a formal garden - with a small maze - but as you explore deeper and deeper into the garden, you become more and more enchanted. At the back of the garden is a small shady wood, within which you will find a steep cliff face. Delve further back into the garden and you will find a pathway that climbs up a ravine - and later disappears into a tunnel that conceals a spiral staircase that leads to the upper garden. What a gorgeous discovery - take you lover here and enjoy a very happy hour in Italy.
