Back to Claridge's Hotel did little to impress The service is terrible, as is the condition of the rooms. Room service does very little to assist with different requirments. Often I sent my food back three times in one day. The orders were always wrong. You didn't recieve bills to sign and items were often added.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 02 2007 Awesome!! Claridges was so clean, absolutely in the most perfect location ever...and the value was beyond anything describable. Service was impeccable. I sent for my pants to be pressed late one night and the next day and I asked for the man to come down at 8 am to deliver them. He was standing at the door at 7:59 and knocked at exactly 8 am! The rooms are amazing. It really feels like old time London. There are always cars out on the streets to take you where you need to go. A starbucks just around the corner also! And if you want to stay in one night...which I am sure you won't because..DUH ITS LONDON!!!....the room service menu is incredible. I'm gonna wrap it up..but I am sure this helps someone out if they are looking at staying here!! Its super nice...literally...everything about it.

It has a long list of rich and famous who patronized this establishment. You will pay accordingly... All rooms are very different and you should ask to see one before you rent it. High tea is a must.
