Ganbara means "loft" or "cabin" in the Basque language (Euskara), and this bar looks just like a cabin in an old sailing ship. It's so popular you can hardly get to the bar at busy times, but it's worth making the effort as it's lined with tasty savoury snacks called pintxos (Basque for "tapas"). Try the wild mushrooms and cured Jabugo ham on freshly baked bread with a bottle of txakolí (Basque white wine).
