Back to Chez Michel Very disappointing I went to have a meal in this restaurant with my boyfriend a while back. Everything, from the service to the food was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend is French, from Marseille and I have lived in France for many years so we both know what a Bouillabaisse should taste like. This one was too salty, there was not enough fish (a Bouillabaisse should contain 5, this one only had 3 different kinds of fish) and the service was cold, not even a smile.

The maitre 'd insisted my friend and I order it, and at first I found it presumptious, but now I understand why. The fresh local fish melts in your mouth, and the soup was so full of flavor that even when I thought I could eat no more, I finished my plate. It was 55 euro per person, but well worth the price. It was the highlight of my trip.
