The specialty here is murrine, glass jewels that are typical of Murano. The technique for making these consists of putting together slivers of multi-colored glass, melting them down and then cutting them widthways in order to obtain the characteristic concentric circle design. The glass is then used to create extremely beautiful and precious pendants, table ornaments and more.
