Despite its name (meaning 'launderette') and the old washing machine which has been transformed into a lampshade, you can't actually do your laundry here. Locals gather in the Waschsalon for a drink and a bite to eat, but more importantly to see and be seen. Previously located at Friesenplatz, Waschsalon recently moved to the ever-trendy Ehrenstraße. There are several outdoor tables where customers can sit in summer, and food is served until midnight.
