This was very emotional, but I think every should visit. I can definetly appreciate the history in this place and I am thankful to those that endure those terrible hardships so that we can have some freedom today!!!

Wow!
This was an excellent museum and I recommend you visit this place if you are going to Memphis. My favorite part was the short movie The Witness. It was touching and very emotional. Things I never knew about MLK were in this movie (and I thought I knew everything). The one negative is that there is A LOT of reading, but if you take the guided tour it is not necessary to read everything (and it's great for the kids). I would come back to Memphis just for this!

The museum is a time capsule/museum all in one. A must-see for civil rights enthusiasts and history buffs!
