Great Food, who needs service?
It's a basement resturant, in downtown memphis, with kick ass barbeque. Forget what everyone says; go here with an open mind and just let your tastebuds decide. I normally don't eat ribs, but their dry-rubbed ribs were very tasty. The perfecy combination of sweet and spice; my tummy was happy. The beans are second to none and the coleslaw has mustard in it. Give it a chance and it will make you think differently about bbq. Go to Beale street and get a nice buzz on. Then go over to Rendezvous... you'll love it.

The biggest local scam
This place, no doubt is a tourist trap run by some folks who are unquestionably so arrogant about their reputation from a historical basis that it's blinding them, even the true locals know these ribs are awful, dry, tasteless, chewy, tough, bad meat...the lamb is even worse...sorry but there are much better bobbie-cue joints in Memphis if you must

I'd tell them to skip this garbage, try Interstate BBQ or even Corky's and Germantown Commissary (maybe)...this stuff is junk served in an alley in downtown Memfrica
