A Wonderful Place
It is a very wonderful place to stay. Staff members was kind. The food the best away-from-home i ever tasted. I would want everyone I know to stay the embassy suites in Memphis.

Awful. Do not stay here!!
This hotel has gone way downhill in all areas. It used to be a pleasant place. Stains on the carpets everywhere; ripped upholstery on the couch; dirty shower/tub. The hot tub was not maintained properly and I contracted "hot tub" folliculitis. I felt unsafe due to other uncontrollable guests that the hotel staff ignored. Apparently it's fine for teenagers to run the halls late at night (after 11pm) and flip into the pool from planters and chairs. Young children (age 3-5) were left unattended by their parents. I was locked out of my room and offered no apology for the inconvenience. Finally a housekeeper let me back into my room with no questions asked. If you're the type to steal, try this hotel. I'm sure you can get access to any random room of your choosing.

Do Not Recommend
Hotel was not clean. Food left outside room door for 2 days. Items taken from room. Will not go again!

Fabulous Hotel!
I stayed here for a week long business trip. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were good. The courtyard was stunning with a stream and live ducks and fish. They have feather beds on top of their mattresses which left with me the desire to take the bed home with me. Unfortunately I couldn't.

Successful Business Meeting
We hosted a meeting for 47 people. Hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Catered food was very good. Hotel was newly remodeled. Airport shuttle was easy to use. Getting to Beale Street was quick. Surrounding area is safe and very nice. Lots of upscale restaurants and shopping. Hotel within a block of Fed Ex president's home!

***Peace of Mind****
My husband and I enjoy staying at Embassy Suties, regardless of which location, we have always been provided with great customer service upon arrival, during our stay, and the breakfast is awesome! If you are questioning if its worth the money take my word "you won't regret one penny", but be careful....you make become a huge Embassy Suite fan...and refuse to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful Trip
We stayed here for one week. Had a great time. The hotel was awesome, with friendly, helpful staff. Everyone from the doorman to the cleaning staff were informative and friendly. The Managers Reception was great, as was the made to order breakfast. The lobby was like being in a garden with waterfalls, ducks and fish in a stream. The location was within close driving to most attractions. Will stay here again. The only problem we had was with pay-for high speed internet. But if you are a hilton points member, you can request free high speed internet connection through the hilton chain.
