HORRIBLEEEE
We drove all he way from Texas. Arrived here at 12pm am did not get our own room until 6:40pm. It took us longer to get our room we reserved 4 months ago then to drive from Texas. We were given a comlimentary food card that we couldnt use since it was cheaper to go eat some where else. (paying the difference). This place was a joke! The maid supervisor said that they never even knew the rooms needed to be cleaned. When we did get into the room the floors were dirty and we had only 2 towels. I dont understand why ANY one would pay this much to stay in the piece of crap pce

food is bad
While the hotel atmosphere is nice, the food is lacking. It is overpriced and poor quality. You would probably spend the same amount using a delivery service from a high-quality restaurant in the area and have better results.

Too far from downtown
I went in January and I wanted to go to Graceland and Beale Street. Because I am not familiar with the area I thought the hotel was closer than it was to attractions. No real places to eat close to the hotel and a longer drive to where we wanted to see. Cab ride to Beale Street was $40 which I thought was expensive for the trip. Next time I will stay downtown.

Nightmare Hotel
The hotel itself was nice - the employees and service were horrible. I was awakened at 12:30 in the morning by an employee physically breaking into my room - his story was that it was supposed to be vacant, although I had been there for several days. If they thought it was vacant, why break into it at 12:30 in the morning? Another employee woke me up by telephone at 12:00 in the morning one morning rudely asking me who I was. Dirty dishes from room service were left in the hall for over 24 hours for all rooms. Toom service was extremely slow. My card key did not work and had to be replaced daily. This place is a nightmare.
