We had a wonderful intimate family dinner for 10 people . The manager set up a wonderful private table outside and the atmosphere was fantastic.We could not have imagined a nicer setting , the staff were very proffesional and the service and food were excellent.Thank you for your attention to detail and flexibility.

My Son and his Wife booked the 1st night of their honeymoon at this hotel. On booking they were told they would recieve a bottle of champange and nibbles in their room, this was confirmed twice, they arrived no bubbly no nibbles. They were greatly dissapointed, the hotel missed a very important once in a marriage moment. The hotel did not appear to be overly concerned by their ommission. Dissapointment all round.

It was really cool!!! I particularly liked the olden day theme! Also, I loved the spa and stuff like that. I would totally recommend it to people!

Staff at the hotel were wonderful, the rooms looked great BUT no drawers in room 4 or 5! and in 5 had two nursing chairs to sit on; most uncomfortable! And why have two plastic boxed supermarket drinks in the rooms on arrival. It cheapens the whole look that they are trying to achieve.

loved the individuality of each suite and the fact that we were special at the hotel and not just another set of tourists. the personal touch was there in everything... lovely

This is one property that is unlike any other. Our experince to New Zealand would not have been complete without staying at the Charlotte Jane. Outstanding service, great decor, and superb food. We stayed here for 4 days and I don't think I could have asked for anything more....Shall definetly recommend the Charlotte Jane to whoever visits New Zealand.
