Location was great right in the middle of downtown. The room was very clean and big. We had view of the CN tower on the 25th floor, great view of the lake as well. Staff was very nice, they were the first to say hi and bye. From the cleaning crew to the door man. Very classy but they didn't mind me and friends walking in and out with shorts. My only complaint is the $10/24 hr fee for internet access. Other than that i would highly recommend this hotel.

Very im pressed with the service from the time we arrived t'il our departure. Very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff. Perfect location...less than a ten minute walk to Rogers Centre.

We stayed here after a concert in the city, and couldn't have had a better experience! Great location, beautiful building, very clean. Could use a little redecoration, but if it is clean and the bed is comfortable, then I am usually happy. I would definitaly recommend this hotel for anyone!

This was our mini-get-a-way trip and it was close to everything we wanted to go to. The CN tower, the lake front, the theatre for the show we saw, and down town fun, were all within walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel when it was Crowne Plaza in 1998 it was the hotel.
