The Marques de San Jorge, an important and renowned figure of Nueva Granada, lived in this area during Colombia's colonial period. His life is reflected in each object in this museum. The house has been preserved, and the objects on display are exquisite. It is located in La Candelaria area.

The Museo Arqueológico Casa del Marqués de San Jorge
offers workshops based on pre-Columbian History. The workshops include prehistoric housing, stamps and rollers and clay modeling. Children can learn a lot from these interactive sessions. The Artes Y Oficios Precolombinos workshops are predominantly for children aged 4 to 12 years.
