I am on way way back for the third time. The location can't be beat. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very accomodating.Don't miss breakfast!!!

The Hotel Calzaiuoli in Florence is located in the heart of the city. One needs only to walk out the front door of the hotel and you are in close proximity to all Florence has to offer. The rooms are very comfortable and very quiet, as the hotel is located in an area that is traffic prohibited--no noisy motorbikes or autos are allowed--only foot traffic.

I loved this hotel. It's real nice and clean. The staff helped out with a lot of questions we had and the location in my opinion was the best possible for florence. It's a few steps away from the Duomo and everything else for that matter.

I can't decide which feature of the Hotel Calzaiuoli is better--the location or the breakfasts. It is centrally located, only a few blocks away from the Uffizzi, the Duomo, the Piazza Republica, and the Piazza della Signoria.
