dishonest and disreputable
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. At the time I made the reservation, I was assured that my deposit was fully refundable as long as I canceled within a specified period of time. When I canceled well within the time period, the hotel assured me that my refund would be mailed to me in a few weeks. Despite my repeated requests, I have never received the refund or even the decency of a reply. This is not the kind of place anyone should do business with.
