The cuisine is first class with some of the best Italian, French and German chefs. The menu includes items such as Tortelli with truffles, a Souffléd Vegetable Charlotte, Steamed Sea Bass with very thin slices of zucchini and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and a beef fillet in Bordeaux sauce. The dessert selection is excellent and includes crêpes, soufflés, and citrus fruit aspic.
