Worse management! Flights are always delayed! Most of employees are rude and not polite at all! Unfortunately I have to fly to this airport at least 6 time in year round and never had a good experience within last 18 months :(

The restroom did not have soap at any of the sinks on Friday 7/10/2009 and still did not have any soap on Monday 7/10/2009. I don't know if the cleaning person does not see the value in using soap or if they are just too lazy to fill the soap dispenser. I tried to send a comment to the airport on their site, but it would not send even after bragging about their website.

It was warm, no airconditioning, very rude airline ticket workers, flights were late, no one would help. On the plus side there are a lot of good stores to shop in as you wait for your late flight. Will NEVER go there again!

"please" and "thank you" must evoke shocks to personnel as they are never polite and never ask anything nicely. And if looks could kill, they'd have no customers. Clearly they despise the travelers and want us all to avoid this airport.... wish I could. I've never had an employee of the airport smile or try to be nice. Airline employees are great.

Almost all reviews here are true. The airport is filthy. The seats at the gates have years crud caked on, the floors haven't been vacuumed in years, and please don't think you might get a polite employee if you can get their attention at all. The security guards are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have never had so much hassle at an airport of all that I have been to - and I always fly out of Atlanta, which is much much larger but somehow much much cleaner & friendlier.

The Philladelphia airport is the absolute worst for cleanliness, customer service, and hospitality.

This is THE WORST airport in the U.S. Security lines are backed up. Employees don't give a damn. Make the workers put down their cell phones and start working. I only use Philly airport when it's absolutely necessary. Walking has been a thought.

Coming back to the US after visiting countries in the Far East and Europe I was appalled by the filth and litter everywhere in this airport. I will advise my friends when they visit the US to make sure Philadelphia is not on their itinerary. I would like to know why BWI and Reagan National are both great and clean and Philadelphia is so dirty. Could it be unions are too powerful there?

I Thought these knuckleheaded W People said that J.D. Power and Associates ranked Philadelphia International Airport as the top large airport in the whole damn country in customer satisfaction. Then why the hell are these lamebrains writing about how much they hate the airport and how lousy it is supposed to be? When was this mess written? I was searching everywhere on here for a date and could not find one. This "CRAP" has to be out of date because as of May 20, 2008,
