HORRIBLE STAY
Traveling on business, there are some basic requests to have fullfilled. Requested wake up call the first 3 days and never got one, discussed with front desk and still no wake up call. Ordered room service (6 chicken wings) at 7:45 and did not receive till 11PM after I had already gone to bed (after 3 calls of 'where is my dinner"). The one comment that is positive, the towels are nice, but that is about it. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anone

Be prepared to thefts by hotel staff...
Facilities are very nice, but unfortunately I had quite a few problems with thefts by hotel staff during my stay there. Things from my room were taken away, and, to make things worse, it seems like the hotel staff did not not how to handle such situation, once none of them had the guts to apologize. I had not even heard a single “I’m sorry” from anyone there, and of course I had not received ANY feedback either. Quite rude people, speaking to me in a tone like I was making it all up, while I was reporting the issues that took place in my room. So, people... be prepared to be stolen AND to NOT to have your problem solved.

5 Star Hotel... NOT!!!!
From the very begining, this Hotel was Sub Par. A hassle when I checked in.. then my keys did not work for 2 nights in a row. Finally, when I checked out, I was told that my invoice was "emailed" to me. I have no idea who they emailed it to, but after 4 days, I have not received it. I called them, and theire reply was for me to send them an email with details so they can get email me my inovice.

Awful, they charged me double
The hotel seems to be beautiful and nice, but the service is awful, you inmediately realize you are in the 3rd world, I paid through Expedia, and when I went there they charged me again and never gave my money back, I spoke with managers, etc they did everything complicated to be able to "rob" me instead of making me feel as a customer, horrible experience.

beautiful hotel
This hotel has an excellent view of el avila, which is a mountain that goes thru caracas, and also a view of a local airport that sits below the avila. Plenty of restaurants and shopping with in the hotel.

Disappointed
Spent 3 nights in January, while the hotel looks like a 4 star, if you have problems that you need to resolve (likely) you will remember this as a 1 star hotel

Interruptions and being spied upon
When I stayed here, I had staff knocking on my door at all hours of the night. No reason was given. The first time, I thought it was maid service, but instead, two men walked around the room, surveyed it, and left. After that, I stopped allowing anyone in. I also noticed a camera on the wall above the TV. Upon closer examination, I saw the name "Eyewatch". The reception staff was rude and claimed not to have any local currency when I tried to utilize their currency exchange service. Don't stay here!

Great service and cleanliness
I think this hotel is underrated. This is a very good hotel within the city limits. Very accessible. The service is excellent and the cleanliness is superb.
