Horrible-Unprofessional-Waste
got up at 4am, drove to 'sight' (a parking lot) got on our way in old beat up truck by 5:30. only officially got to launch site an hour later, after several cks of the wind, ect. had to stand out in the iddle of the HOT desert with biting ants for over an hr while they attempted to blow up the balloon.. (ALL the other compainies around us with a dzn balloons had launched and gone). Onl then was the realization that the prvious repair had not been done properly and the tear was too big!!! (now,WHY wasn't this ck;d previousl?!?!?! or a backup balloon in place??) had to wait to pack it al up, 40 min dirve back to our car. WASTE OF AN ENTIRE MORNING and it was our 25 anniversary - RUINED!! We had champange to bring up and my husband had a ring to give me AND our kids were sooo upset!! AWFUL experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!
