Excellent!!! Rio is definitely Marvellous
Rio is a place with enormous natural beauty, it is surrounded by mountains, loads of forests, beautiful beaches, very good restaurants and bars, free music in every corner, delicious fruit juices and coconut water everywhere and above all, the people are very welcoming and helpful. I have never had the feeling that it was “us and them” we usually experience when on holiday in some countries. Tourists and locals mingle together in harmony.

My number one view in the world
The view of Pao de Acucar and Lagoa from Corcovado is still the greatest view of my travels through America and Europe. I recommend going to Pao de Acucar first then see the Christ on top of Corcovado Mountain. People are nice and picture taking requires collaboration from everybody, which happens naturally.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
THE FOOD SUCKS, THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO OUT @ NIGHT WITHOUT A BODYGUARD. I'VE BEEN TO A LOT OF COUNTRIES, THIS IS ONE PLACE I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE

One of two places you can't miss in Rio!
Corcovado's view is just breathtaking! You can see the entire city of Rio de Janeiro from the top of Corcovado, get excellent pictures of the Sugar Loaf mountains, and get a really cool picture of the Christ that sits on top.

Fantastic
It was brilliant. i just love stuff like it. I think if people wanna go ten they should go with a family because you have more fun and you will enjoy your selves. People should go in the summer because you can fel the sunshine on your face, it's lovely!!!!

Wow- Huge views and great pics
It was worth the time off the beach to see this huge statue of Jesus. Generally I agree with most of the other reviews. Here are some additional thoughts...

Absolutely Beautiful
I have to say this is a must see for anyone going to Rio. Unfortunately, when my wife and I went, it happened to be raining with very low clouds, so the view was not as good as normal, but it still was an awesome experience...
