Horse racing sure, dog racing maybe, but ostrich racing? This two-day March event traditionally plays host to more than 300,000 people and is truly an exercise in the wacky. Jockeys mount the giant beasts and off they go. For those with culinary courage, sample an ostrich burger. Fun for everyone,but pricy
We go every year. Great fun for the kids and adults too - best to buy wristbands in advance....
