Designed like a traditional Kontorhaus (north German warehouse), this luxury hotel, built in 1993, is located on an island and surrounded by many of the city's best shops. It even has its own jetty and offers private sightseeing cruises. Every summer the hotel provides an impressive backdrop for the annual Fleetinsel Festival which features open-air theatre, music and dance.
