Back to La Chascona OK I disliked it because it was somewhat patronizing if you ask me. The man is a little wierd but the actual house was pretty decent i guess.

La Chascona is the name of the women he later married and wrote the "Captain's Verses" about. I loved going there and would highly suggest it to like minded people
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 25 2007 Great little house It is an interesting little house where Pablo Neruda maintained one of his mistresses. It is a piece of the life of one of Latin America's greatest poets. The house itself is a blend of colonial architecture with the personal touches from Neruda that makes it stand out on its own.
