In the heart of historic downtown Grapevine, Esparza's has a steady stream of hungry patrons from open to close. Family owned and operated, the vast menu boasts handmade specialties. Esparza's is especially crowded between 5pm and 7pm, when the after-work crowd descends in search of Esparza's famous margaritas. Esparza's is charming because it was once a spacious neighborhood home and historic homes and buildings still surround it. After happy hour, there are plenty of families, friends and couples. The expansive menu has shrimp kabobs, tortilla soup and Chicken Tampiquena along with a well-rounded dessert selection. For a variety of tastes in one meal, try the appetizer platter loaded with Taquitos, Quesadillas, stuffed jalapenos and Flautas.
