Food and service were excellent. Was also very clean and in a nice area. This is a great place to go if you want rich flavors that make you hum with every bite. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to (including ones India). Wonderful vegetarian menu.

My husband and I have been going to the Taj since 1999 in Beijing... and it has always been a great place to go. The manager/owner of the restaurant is a tremendous man - very ocurteous staff - and the food is outstanding. Prefer the China World branch to the Lido hotel version, though. It's a good business meal, date night, or a convenient place to meet up. Right on the subway, all taxis know where it is, and there is sufficient parking. It's one of our favorites in Beijing!

The BEST Indian in Beijing. Tandoor in the Great dragon hotel is a close second.
