Fantastic Breakfast
Visited Moose McGillicuddy's in Honolulu by chance one morning. We were walking down the street, in search of a new breakfast spot and found this bar/restaurant. The staff were fantastic and friendly.. we even received buy 1 breakfast get 1 free coupons. We both had the recommended portuguese sausage and fried rice with breakfast... which was absolutely amazing!!!! We definitely recommend the rice and sausage for breakfast if you make it to this establishment. Judy is a fantastic hostess!!!! :o)

strong cocktails
Moose's is the place to go if you want to have a strong cocktail and maybe catch the home team on TV. The atmoshere is silly and college bar like, but all kinds seem to be welcome here. If you are eating or drinking on a budget it is worth a bite. I was also was suprised the overworked bartenders (drunken clientele) were actually competent and friendly. We will return for a 3rd time I am sure

The one and only Bar in Hawai'i
I have been going to Moose's since 1982 when I first came to the island's with the Army. Since leaving in 1987 I have come back to the island's and Moose's about every2-3 years. The atmosphere in Moose's is awesome. The employees are very friendly, even though the faces change over the years, Tony has done a fantastic job of maintaining a friendly fun and enjoyable place, not only for the locals but the tourist. I will be back in Jan and look forward to seeing Moose's again. I wish Joe was still at the top of the steps with the air tank, what a blast that was. Aloha.

Plan to go back!
I didn't like that there was a cover charge, but it was only $5 or $10. There were a lot of people but they were all trying to have a good time. My friends and I had a blast dancing to the impressive variety of music they had playing; and the DJ was great about playing requests too. It got kinda cramped towards 1 am but the bartenders did a wonderful job. I am going back in a few months and taking more friends with me!!

Used to be great
The Moose as we long time regulars called it was once the place to hang in Waikiki but slowly it has caved and become nothing more than a run down want a be to Dukes.
