We would love to go back. The hotel was exquisite. The attention to detail was unbelievable. The concierge was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to secure reservations at the finest restaurants in the city and advised us on our "walking tour". The rooms were spotless and utterly beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and all of the room appointments were lovely. The breakfast that is included every morning was amazing. I would go back to Montreal and Auberge du Vieuxport in a heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It is outstanding!!!

The hotel was beautiful! The location was great! The service was outstanding! Michael and Matthew remembered us from the moment we arrived. They seemed happy to see us and they treated us very well.

My wife and I stayed at the Auberge du Vieux port as a romantic get away. When we arrived, they put us in a room that had not been cleaned and room service had not been through it. Seeing their error, they did put us in another room, although smaller. That evening the hotel informed me that there had been a problem parking my car. The hotel drove my car into a cement parking lot support. I understood things like that happened and they assured me they would pay for the damages. Almost 3 months later after providing them with an estimate from a mechanic, all the information they asked for to meet the corporate managements demands they informed me that they are not going to cover the damages and will not mail me a check.

The location is excellent if you want to be in the old port area. You can easily walk to restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I loved everything about this inn. It made our having to get off our luxury cruise ship in Montreal all the better. Michael and Daniel were both wonderful and helpful. We would go back again...and again...and again. Don't pass this one up at all! The old town area it is in was great to wander around in as well, and it was not a far walk to the Basilica of Notre Dame which is worth the trip as well. Highest recomendation to the entire staff too.

This hotel was way more amazing than I had anticipated after finding a great rate on hotels.ca. The food was perfect and the staff were very helpful! great location and the room are spotless and wonderful! will definetly return!! Thanks :)

It was just perfect! Eat down stairs and ask what they would recommend. My God that was the best dining I have ever had in my life. The room on the river was amazing and the area was beautiful and interesting. We went back again and it was still wonderful.

This hotel was lovely, and the location is excellent. We had fun here, but the pace of service is very slow and sometimes a bit nonchalant. But if you want things perfect, stay home. So all in all, it was an interesting adventure staying here. Coincerege Michael was most helpful!
