Once an old warehouse, this barbecue joint is a Downtown favorite for ribs, sliced beef and chopped beef sandwiches. Rustic tables and a comfortable Deep Ellum location make Baker's Ribs perfect for the downtown crowd. There is nothing fancy about the decor, but most serious BBQ eaters are more interested in the juicy, lean sliced beef as opposed to the wallpaper. The seasoned brisket and ribs are perfectly complemented by an array of side dishes. The chopped Beef Baked Spuds are tasty too.
