This family—owned hotel was named after Lord Nelson's flagship HMS Victory. The hotel follows the maritime theme and has quite a few antiques. Nelson and Lady Hamilton's love story unravelled in this very place many years ago. One of their love letters is displayed in the lobby. Restaurant Leijontornet is located in the ruins of the Lion Tower (part of Stockholm's defence fortress from the 14th century), in the same building. All rooms are adorned with the portrait of a ship's captain from the turn of the last century. Shipbroker rooms are equipped with a Bang & Olufsen stereo system, and a CD library can be found at the reception.NYC Best Hotel Deals: 50% Savings In New York!
