I chose this hotel primarily due to its affordability, availability, and other positive reviews that I read online. I spent about two weeks in France in four different hotels, and this one was definitely my favorite. The location CAN'T be beat -- it's right in the middle of a main shopping district and very close to the Vieux Port. It's also, in general, an incredibly cute place. There's a pet goldfish in the breakfast area, tassles with starfish on them come attached to your room key, and each room has been decorated with a theme based on a French artist. The staff was also incredibly nice.
