'Jødeforfølgelsen' at the Norsk Hjemmefrontmuseum feature valuable photographs, documents, and other installations that narrate the tale of the Jews in Norway. The cyanide box with a label saying 'can be used to kill pests' which was used to kill the Jews, is one of the most interesting installations on display.

Prisons and Concentration Camps in Norway

Going back to the Nazi camps in the Second World War, this section of the Norsk Hjemmefrontmuseum has it all on display. Germans had built quite a few prisons and concentration camps in Norway as it was en route to Germany and Poland. On exhibit are the actual objects, pictures and also replicas of the then used fish crates of the well-known Grini camps.

There are authentic writings and documents about the Nazis, established then to boost the morale of the Norwegians. Bereft of radios as a mode of communication, the underground press played a vital role in Norwegian history.
