A Mediterranean-inspired menu is served in the elegant surrounds of the recently revamped Royal Palms Hotel (one of the Valley's earliest resort properties). Using a wood-burning rotisserie oven, the kitchen creates such delicacies as Grilled Loin of Lamb with Roasted Eggplant for USD29, and a signature Mediterranean paella for USD23. Vegetarian dishes are available, as are breakfast and lunch, daily.
