The Nailery is dirty
my first experience and last. the cuticle cutters they tried to use still had skin on them from the last appt. only when i asked if he was going to clean them first did he wipe them off with a paper towel. if i hadn't been in such a hurry i would have left then and gone somewhere else. the buffer was dirty, had to request he use a clean one. i watched as one customer got up from the foot bath and another sat down with the tub only getting wiped out with a dry towel. disgusting!

Great Mall but I only go there to see my jewelers
I have been shopping at this mall for over 10 years and i have noticed that lot of the stores like GAP and banana republic which i shopped at are now gone but there is a very friendly family owned jewelry store crown jewelers that i still go to. I have been shopping with these guys for 10 years. They must be doing something right to be here. I will continue to shop with them. The new renovation looks good the mall looks updated and they got a new fun place amazing jakes which my kids love

Falling down hill... fast
Collin Creek is looking much like Richardson Square Mall. The so called multi-million remodle was nothing more then a cheap very bad paint job (just have a look for yourself), new tile which doesn't even match (not just in color but the arrangement is off, corners aren't strait, etc..) and very cheap sitting areas. A insider stated the mall needs over 600k by the end of the year. Hence the so called 'going green' signs by the escalators. It isn't to support going green, no not one bit, they are trying even way possible to save money. Those that have visited there might of noticed that this summer that mall was very hot inside. That is because they shut the AC down to save money which caused a child to have a heatstroke (EMS was called for this child, it is on record) This company lies to its tenants claiming fake income and lies about how 'well' this mall is doing. Walk around and look at the empty stores, look at the 2-3rd tier stores. And with the mall owners, General Growth Properties (GGP) in so much debt and declining, I see this mall either being sold or shutting down. The city of Plano even offered to help the mall but GGP turned it down, I never heard of a company turning down money and tax breaks unless it doesn't have any long term plans for this mall. GGP gave this mall a very small facelift much like people do when they try to sell a house. A little paint job and new floor, to try to make it look better then what it is. They have even slowly got rid of its 'creeks' inside the mall. The reason, to make as much room possible for kiosk that flood the mall. That is what this mall has come too. One more thing, it even post that stores renew their lease months in advance even before they talk about it to make it look like this mall is doing well... only to have those stores close or leave in the middle of the night... being renewed? I think not. A good example are the most recent stores, such as Fight Foundry. This mall is full of lies and in violation of so many codes.

Lost it's Luster
Collin Creek has lost it's luster and continues to head downhill. Many of the top rated small stores have left and the replacement stores are second tier, at best. Numerous empty storefronts.

One of the best mall nail salons.
The Nailery is a great nail salon. They use very good products and do a very professional job. They have all the services you can get from a nail salon. They have very good prices and service speaks for itself. I always use them when I am in town.

Loved it!
I really enjoyed this mall. It wasn't huge, but it wasn't tiny. A happy medium, you might say. I had to get a directory map because I kept getting mixed up, but that was a minor con.
