Having been around for thirty years, Paulette's has seen several changes in the neighborhood of Overton Square where it is located. One thing, however, has not changed-its popularity and the old-world charm that it exudes. The décor is pretty dated with upholstered chairs and low chandelier lighting. The food does complete justice to its popularity. Largely non-vegetarian, it comprises a mix of seafood and meat dishes. An admirable wine list and dessert platter only add to the feast. Weekends hold a double treat with the special brunch and piano evening at Paulette's. The restaurant also offers a private dining room and a banquet room.
