I stayed at the Bacata Hotel last August. It was chilly in Bogota that evening that I stayed there for the first time in my life.

Service is very good, they are remodeling the rooms and their size is more than adecuate. Location is not the best for night life. Closeby to many of the tourism atractions. The Italian restaurant has one of the best pizzas anywhere. I wuold stay at the Bacata again. Very good value.
