'The town that will never be ready', is a permanent exhibition at the Tallinna Linnamuuseum that portrays the life and culture of Tallinn. Spread over two floors, the first floor gives one a peek into the model of Old Town. Many artifacts tell the tale of the art that existed in the old days. The second floor reminds on e of Republic of Estonia and also a peek into how the Estonians escaped communism. From March to October the museum stays open until 6p.
