Bad Service and Dirty Bathrooms
I stayed at this hotel in early June 06 and will NOT be going back. The rooms were tiny with no windows, the bathrooms stained and the staff extremely unprofessional. They had the hide to call us up after we left and demand extra payment for a mistake they made with the bill at checkout. If I wanted to be insulted by rude staff I would not be paying over $400 for the privilege. There are plenty of hotels in Sydney with much better service and facilities. Why stay here?
