A dangerous journey on the Sno-limo
I was injured on the Sno-limo on January 18, 2008. Within 60 seconds of the onset of the ride, the contraption started to go downhill backward out-of-control. Then it tipped over leaving me more less under it. I had soft-tissue damage to my low back, neck, wrists, hips, knees and jaw. My experience at the Medical Center was excellent. My experience with the physiotherapist was also excellent. However our trip was ruined because I couldn't do the most simple tasks for myself such as use the bathroom, get dressed or get out of bed. I was in terrible pain for the duration of the trip. The Sno-limo people showed no interest in being of help to me. They were rude to a friend of mine who tried to reach them when they were unresponsive to my calls. They told me to communicate with them only by Email, and offered no help at all while I was in Whistler. They knew I was injured. It has taken me over two months to heal, and even then there are places of my body that still are not right. My belief is that there was a problem with the equipment or driver error. They said that they could find no reason at all for the problem. They conducted their own investigation. I would suggest you find another outstanding activity. Go to Squamish to see the Bald Eagles. Take a short hike to Shannon Falls. Take a ski lesson. Ride the Gondola to the Roundhouse and have a great lunch at The Steep. My recommendation is that you stay off the Sno-limo.

Sno-limo at Blackcomb--a dangerous ride
On 01/18/2008 I went on a Sno-limo ride. We weren't 60 seconds into the ride when the entire contraption went downhill backward out-of-control, then fell over on top of me. I sustained many soft-tissue injuries and expensive trips to the Medical Center. The company refused to admit that there had been a problem and refused to pay any of my bills. I signed a waiver, so I am unprotected. This is one dangerous journey in my opinion. I had soft tissue damage to knees, back, shoulders, hips, wrists and neck.

It is dangerous, I was injured, the company took no responsiblity for my injuries which were in no way my fault. They didn't show any caring about the fact that my trip was ruined because I was in so much pain after the injury that took place on the Sno-
