With deep blue walls and vibrant red seating, Sushi Blues and Steaks brings together a trendy atmosphere with cutting-edge cuisine. Mirrors are positioned behind and above the chef as he prepares both traditional Japanese and specialty American sushi, producing originals like the Marco roll, a spicy yellowtail with asparagus and topped with tuna, avocado, tobiko, and a sweet tsumai sauce. If raw fish isn't your thing, the menu offers more than enough choices of beef, veal, chicken, and vegetarian options, so meat lovers can try entrees like the Panko-Crusted Pork Chop, served with a sweet chipotle tsumai sauce.
