This members only white sand beach is run by the Marco Island Civic Association. The non-profit association helps promote civic improvement while maintaining the beach's facilities. Resident's Beach has a large deck for dinning, restrooms, and a shell kiosk that informs beachgoers of the types of shells found in the area. It also hosts the annual 4th of July Celebration with Entertainment and Fireworks.
