The owners of this restaurant once lived on a small island in the Caribbean. Upon moving to Panama City Beach they opened a restaurant that, today, takes advantage of the area's fresh seafood and combines it with a spicy-sweet Caribbean flair. The Hurricane Grill also knows the value of fresh and seasonal ingredients as opposed to factory processed and prepared food. All of the items on the menu are cooked from scratch on the premises.
