Identified as a non-profit organization that seeks to provide the youth of Berlin with alternative options for entertainment, RAW has a wealth of social and cultural activities. There are all kinds of visual and performance art events as well as sculptural and installation art exhibitions. Of course concerts and theater productions grace the RAW stage as well, which is located in a former railway maintenance yard. The organization's primary aim is to create a communal and safe environment in order to inspire at-risk youth of Berlin.
