Come to the Mansion for fine dining, Las Vegas style. "Chef of the Century" Joël Robuchon came out of retirement for this restaurant, and it was well worth it. From the decadent crystal chandelier to the velvety red lounge, you will hardly find a more romantic place to dine. The dishes themselves are as memorable as they are exceptional.
