Wife & I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and loved it. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet deal which was also really good.

After a week of business sessions and staying at the Four Seasons Singapore, I’ve had a couple of free days left in Singapore. So upon checking the Trip Advisor website, I was interested in checking out the #1 ranked hotel in Singapore, the Pan Pacific Hotel. To my horror, the assigned room’s toilet was what you would only find in a public toilet in a third world country. It had dried up feces on toilet seat and cover. The red marble toilet floor had urine stains all over and smelled of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room.

From the moment we stepped out from taxi to the time when we checked -in up to our last hotel stay ,we felt very welcomed and very important! Guest Relations Officer Ms. Ana Chio was particularly vey helpful and hospitable to us. Our room was spacious, clean and most of all had a very great view of the surrounding buildings and sights. The scenic elevators were also very awesome. It was really worth the money and we highly recommend it to anybody going to Singapore!

Everything about this hotel was first-class -- excellent service, friendly & helpful people, clean & spacious room with a great view of the city and the harbor. Room had comfortable beds, nice big bathroom and a nice deck. We loved staying here. It was convenient to SunTec City Mall, Marina mall & whole Marina area, Singapore Flyer, City Hall MRT Station, Esplanade and the bus line, as well as the hop-on hop-off bus. Taxi was always available at hotel. Business center offers internet usage and printing. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to go to Singapore in the future.

We were visiting Singapore during the Chinese New Year period.Stayed here for 2 nights as it came in highly recommended and we surely were not disappointed! :)

We stayed 3 nights at the Pan Pacific. The location was great - close to malls. It was a large hotel with not a very personal feel about it but it meet all our needs. The room was a large size. The pool was great and the service fast and efficient. I would return.

I dislike this place because the spa is horrible. I had experienced a bad service from their therapists. They're just so rude. I'm unsatisfied with the attitude they gave me.
