Dim Sum is true to its name. It offers an authentic dim sum menu with all the trappings of a similar establishment in San Francisco or Hong Kong. Patrons gather around massive family-size tables as carts roll by with dumplings, rice, roast duck, sesame balls, and all the rest. Dim Sum’s menu is divided into two sections: one half lists "Americanized" Chinese food, while the other lists Chinese Chinese food. The latter is where you will find beloved delicacies such as chicken feet and tripe. Be aware that for this authentic dim sum experience, the prices are a bit steeper than your run-of-the-mill takeout joint.
