Held annually in the month of July, this festival celebrates the talent of African-American people. During the festival, you can participate in many events that are hosted at various venues throughout the city. There are family events, dances, theater performances, films and music to keep you entertained. A visual arts collection is presented at the Artists Market. Entry to some events are free.
