Back to 3 Frakkar careful, they are past their prime Every year I and my friends go and sample the fish restaurants in Reykjavik just before Christmas. When we went there in 2007 this place was sub-standard. The fish was limp, wet and all the dishes looked and tasted the same. We liked the Seafood cellar best, in 2006.
