This airport sits 13 miles (20 kilometers) northwest of central Jakarta, about 30 minutes from city center (longer during the peak hours of 7a-9a and 4p-7p). Occupying a total of 276,308 square meters, its two passenger terminals see about nine million passengers passing through their gates yearly. Terminal II (sub-terminals D and E) serves international flights, while Terminal I serves domestic and international flights at sub-terminals A, B and C. Garuda's domestic flights, however, operate from Terminal II’s sub-terminal F. There are several options to get to the city. The Djawatan Angkutan Motor Republik Indonesia (DAMRI) buses run hourly from the airport to five city terminals (Kemayoran, Gambir, Rawamangun, Blok M and Bekasi). Taxis can be hailed from the Public Hall of the Arrival Hall. You can also rent a car or hire a limousine service from the 24-hour Avis and National counters at the Public Hall of the Arrival Hall
