The decor at Taste of Texas is rustic cowboy with a collection of right-wing "Texana" (think Rush Limbaugh) lining the walls. The focus is primarily on beef. Those who are not squeamish are even invited to cut their own steak as thick as they like. Crisp salads and buttery baked potatoes are served alongside your favorite cut. The menu also offers burgers, sandwiches and seafood and chicken delicacies.
