This place was really nice, but the room was freezing. Think the thermostat was broken or something. Other than that, it was great. Nice bar, beautiful lobby, even the room was impressive.

This place is so ritzy-- I felt the need to tip just about every person I saw a $10. The bathroom was magnificent, the view was mangnificent, everything was magnificent. If you can afford it, don't stay anywhere else.

I took my daughter and several of her friend to Chicago for the weekend and got the American Girl Package at the Hotel. It was a wonderful experience and the girls loved the cookies with the turn down service

I loved the view and the window bed, make sure to get a watertower view. I also loved the huge tub. Plus is in right in the middle of everything. This place is great for a romantic getaway.

The Park Hyatt Chicago offers a generous amount of amenties as other hotels do however it offers them in a far grander style.

Phenominal hotel, beautiful setting, comfortable rooms -- even the "cheapest" one in which I stayed. The more deluxe rooms were impressive as well, but the entire hotel is dedicated to making one feel comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, getting to the Loop, going north to catch a Cubs game or heading south to Chinatown. I live in a gorgeous neighborhood in Chicago, and still this is where I go when I want a getaway.
